GRAND AIN'T IT?
BEEN THERE, DONE THAT
Throughout the 19th century
travelers took the "grand tour."
Exploring Italy, Greece, Egypt,
and other ancient locales.
Most returned with souvenirs.
Replicas of the ruins they'd just visited.
FIRST BLASS PASSAGE
In the late nineties Chessy Rayner
decorated Bill Blass' Sutton Place apartment.
Creating a carefully curated
neoclassical enclave.
TOUR DE FORCE
Featured was a collection of
grand tour architectural models.
Taking us to places
we'd never imagined possible.
TOTALLY RUINED
Since then we've wanted one for our own.
And finally, we got just that.
This 19th Century Grand Tour Model
is crafted from mahogany and bronze.
Standing at over 22" high
it's certain to create memories.
So why not go there?
