Much like a first kiss, one's entrance hall is much
more than just a portal. Given first impressions
are lasting, a bad precedent in one's hallway can
taint any guests perception. In theory the primary
role of a hall is to facilitate traffic flow. All that
sits within said transportation device must serve
a purpose. Whether coming or going we all want
to make the right impression. And a strategically

enables guests to sit before giving you the boot.
It's rare that any of us are willing to accept half

average entrance hall can be rather a tight spot.
Hence when furnishing your first impression -

calls for a demilune which translated means a
half or Crescent moon. Coming in at half circle
insures that such a console or cabinet hugs the
